Since then, he has retired and is now helping me in this process. In spite of all the research and time we have invested into our endeavor, we are still learning as we go. At this point, Merchants Quarter is a multi-faceted operation. We are:...Tired of being broke (hehe) 1. Building our own website from scratch. (As such, if you see errors, please let me know, I've never done this before so I'm going by guess and by golly, every once in a while my eye's cross but my T's don't.) 2. Planning for the bulk of our business to be internet sales. As you can tell, I appreciate the days of yesteryear so am trying to theme the website along those lines. This page is just straight up for all the details and "Have to Have" information. 3. Catalog Sales. I can not possibly post Everything we sell on the internet. They have huge teams of people, I have me, so... if there is something else you are looking for please ask and I will send you a free catalog. 4. Setting up booths at local flee markets, fairs and all that good stuff too. That will be the fun part and I hope it goes over well, then we'll take it to STURGIS for Rally Week. WOO-HOO IN NAMPA,ID: 4. I am implementing a local delivery service. We go purchase your groceries for you and deliver them to your home. Right now, we are working out the logistics for this. 5. Alcohol pick-up and delivery is another part of this. How many times have you been in the midst of a great party and "OH NO!!! The booze is gone!" Well, I don't know about you, but I'm not up for going to jail and a DUI will get ya there. So, call us, we'll pick it up and deliver to you. 6. Travelling Notary Public. No more "Bankers Hours" for a Notary. I will come to you. Available 6AM to Midnight ALL WEEK!!! Yes, all 7 days. I have to charge a bit more, but that's for gas and all. I'll still give you a good deal. As I work up the site, I'll put pages with all the details for each service.
Ordering/Payments Never send cash through the mail. This should go without saying. I trust you, and you can trust me, unfortunately in mailing, there are many people between us and it's just not safe. Always use a money order or the more secure and preferred method of PAYPAL!!! Because we have been victims of fraud, Money Orders must clear prior to us filling your order. NO CHECKS CAN BE ACCEPTED. By using PAYPAL we are both protected. It is FREE and simple to do, our user name is lnkluckow@yahoo.com Eventually, we will be able to accept credit cards on this site, but that is not possible at this time. You also have the option of sending money through Western Union or MoneyGram, however they do charge for this service. Shipping and Handling Internet/Catalog Sales: $.01-$99.99 is a flat $10.00 fee. $100.00 & up is 10% of total purchase price.
Taxes Idaho residents must pay sales tax on purchases. (this will not apply to our delivery/notary fees)
Returns/Exchange Policy It does not matter why you want to return your product, it is your right as a customer. Just send it back to me and I will immediately process your refund. Refunds are processed as a store credit (purchase price + return shipping). Example: $19.95 item + $6.95 return shipping= $26.90 store credit available to you. Did your item show up damaged? Return it to me and you will have a new one just as fast as possible. Plus, it burns my bunns when that happens so I'll throw in a 25% off coupon for your next purchase.
Privacy Your information is Your information. We will not divulge any part of it to any one, for any reason. (Okay, with the exception of Cops or the Feds, if they were to audit us.) No one will know you are a customer of Merchants Quarter, No one will get your information for mailing lists, etc. We won't even send you promotional information unless you specify you would like to get it. Speaking of which: You can request mailings on the Feedback Page.
